Performance:  Hybrizyme assays can be 100’s of times more sensitive than transcription factor ELISAs.  The HIF-1α kit is almost 1000 times more sensitive than the competition.  Each kit contains a set of calibrators providing a quantitative measurement of active transcription factor, rather than simply the amount of nuclear extract present in the well.
